Blend 1 tsp mix to 1/4 cup olive oil for pinzimonio, the Italian version of crudites. Let sit for up to 30 minutes to rehydrate. Salt to taste, then dip raw seasonal vegetables into the mix. Or mix 1 tbsp of mix with 2/3 cup sour cream & 1/3 cup whole mayonnaise or 1 cup Greek yogurt or cooked and mashed root vegetables.
